Cranberry Stuffing

1/2 cup butter or margarine 2 stalks of celery, chopped 1 medium onion, chopped In frying pan, cook butter, onion and celery until tender, stirring occasionally. In a large bowl, combine 1 cup chopped fresh cranberries 1/2 cup chopped nuts 1/4 tsp pepper 2 tbsp poultry seasoning 8 cups dry breadcrumbs 1 tsp salt 2 tbsp minced parsley Combine with butter mixture and add water (about 1/2 cup) to creat desired moistness. Makes 2 quarts of stuffing.
