Easy Fruit Salad

To help you enjoy your entertaining more, plan on serving only one or two complicated dishes and round out the menu with an assortment of simple dishes. This salad fits the bill perfectly. High Five Salad 1 cup sour cream 1 cup unsweetened, flaked cocoanut 1 cup pineapple chunks (drained) 1 cup mandarin oranges (drained) 1 cup miniature marshmallows Mix everything together and keep covered in refrigerator until serving time, at least three hours.
